The HLC300 Vegetable & Cheese Slicer is an ideal countertop tool for restaurants, cafés, takeaways, and more.  Built to slice, grate, and shred a wide range of vegetables, fruits, and cheeses, it combines a durable design with a rust-resistant finish for long-lasting performance in any kitchen.  This versatile slicer features two chutes to accommodate foods of different shapes and sizes: an oval opening measuring 7″ L × 3″ W and a round opening with a 2″ diameter, allowing for precise, effortless processing of various ingredients.  The HLC300 comes complete with two slicing discs (2 mm and 4 mm), three grating discs (3 mm, 4 mm, and 7 mm), a plastic pusher, and an expulsor disc for safe and efficient operation.
