The machine uses a Pebble System, where an auger and extruder work together to produce ice continuously, ensuring a steady supply.  Its durable internal components provide high efficiency and low operating costs.  

Each unit produces 1 kg (2.2 lbs) of ice from 1 liter (0.26 gal) of water. It features an AISI 304 stainless steel evaporator, an air cooling system, and internally rounded surfaces for easy cleaning.  Additional features include a dust-proof water basin, RoHS compliance, a retractable insulated door, electromechanical operation with an ON/OFF rocker switch, automatic water charge, HFC-free operation with R290 refrigerant, adjustable stainless steel feet (4 5/16” – 5 14/16”), and HCFC-free insulated storage.

The Brema ice machine produces 216 lbs of pebble ice (91% dry) every 24 hours and has a bin capacity of 44 lbs, making it ideal for continuous use in busy commercial environments.
